We had a conventional loan and wanted a cash out refinance. Carole was very honest with us about the home values in our area & what the property would need to appraiser for in order to get the cash out we wanted. We decided to proceed and had an appraisal ordered. Unfortunately it did not come in where we needed it. Instead of giving up Carole came up with an alternate plan, she suggested an FHA loan with cash out. She explained the differences in programs and how we could still get the cash out we wanted. We had to have another appraisal done which came in a little lower than the original one, again she didn’t give up and after carefully reviewing found a couple of mistakes & after submitting for a review was able to get additional $10,000 more than original value. She was able to get the cash out we wanted, a great interest rate & picked up all our closing fees we were truly delighted.

She is a true professional in the way she conducts her business. Anyone that works with her is in good hands. She is honest, ethical, dedicated, always available even during non business hours, does exactly what she says she will and most of important of all, she is in touch with you during the whole process.
