Bert & Carole Ryan have over 45 years combined experience in various areas of Sales, Real Estate & Mortgage Lending.
Bert attended University of Texas, on a tennis scholarship, earning a B.B.A followed by a M.B.A. from University of Houston in Finance. After spending several years playing professional tennis he started his professional career with Coldwell Banker as a commercial broker, followed by eleven years as a commercial developer in Newport Beach before moving on to residential mortgage lending in 1993.
Carole earned an undergraduate degree from Texas State University. College was followed by a few fun years of commercial modeling before joining the business world and a successful sales career. She gained additional business experience starting her own company designing a line of hand painted T-shirts and tennis ware. In 1993 she joined Bert in their mortgage company. Her experience includes originating, processing, closing and funding of retail loans.
They have worked together since 1993 running their own operations with anywhere from 5 to 100 employees. They've made it work because of one very important thing.....they each have different strengths and divide up job responsibilities !! Bert's the "Big Picture" guy and Carole is the detail person or as she likes to say "the worker bee" !
Theirs is truly a "hands on " process !!
